The metal contacts of robbe-Futaba connectors now feature three spring contacts instead of the previous one. This reduces the internal resistance of the connector considerably.
The result is improved contact security and lower voltage loss at the connector, which is especially important when using high-current servos.
The spring tension of the connector itself is also higher, making the connection more secure, especially where extension leads are used. |
