"Rookie", who picked out this name and then put the controller in a green container?
Well, anyway, this ESC is well worth the money for captains who want absolute low RPM control when nudging up to derelicts and other targets. Try it you'll like it.
A speed controller specially designed for model boats, combining high maximum load capacity with ultra-compact dimensions.
The motor in a model boat is often controlled by a stick function with a throttle ratchet. However, the neutral setting of conventional controllers is often so closely defined that docking manoeuvres are difficult because the exact neutral point is difficult to locate.
We have solved this problem with the Rookie Navy mP controller by expanding its neutral point to a significant extent. The controller also features a non-linear control curve, which means that ultra-fine control of motor speed is possible around the neutral point.
These features, combined with high-resolution motor control and a pulse frequency optimised for typical model boat motors, result in outstanding manoeuvring capability for your model.
The controller is equipped with a generous heat-sink designed to cope with high load currents, even in the part-load range.
Full, high-resolution speed control in forward and reverse; no brake function in the neutral position, as this is a nuisance during precision docking manoeuvres.
The speed controller features an integral Rx filter which suppresses brief interference and "glitches", and this is a further great advantage for close-range manoeuvring.
The unit includes a high-power BEC circuit which is capable of supplying the necessary power to multiple servos and auxiliary function modules.

Rudder and Motor Mixer Control Unit
Automatically control the relative speed of two motors on your boat to achieve extremely sharp turns. As the rudder stick on the radio transmitter is pushed to a greater degree, the motors will change speed to pull/push the boat. Extreme rudder movement will cause the inboard motor to reverse for a tight turn.Works in both forward and reverse.
