This apparatus is typically situated near the wheel house so the captain can easily direct the water spray. Our fire monitor is an exact duplicate of the real thing but because it is small, the same unit can be mounted on almost any model within a 1/20 to 1/32 scale. As on actual boats, it can be mounted on the top of a hand rail or a free-standing support of your design. It can be made to shoot water at least 15 feet by inserting the 1/8" I.D. flexible silicone tubing sold on this page, along with the pump, relay, and water pick up. Supplied in kit form.
